Refund Policy

We want you to love your handcrafted wreath! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Provide your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged

Return Process:

1. Email us at tkcreationsbytony@gmail.com to request a return
2. We'll provide return instructions
3. Ship the item back securely (customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or incorrect)

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom or personalized wreaths
• Seasonal items purchased on final sale
